A Fortune 100 US insurance leader selected People360 to establish and ramp up a new Global Capability Center (GCC) in India. The mandate: build a robust team of over 400 skilled professionals in just one year – across tech, HR, procurement, and finance – without compromising quality, speed, or stakeholder experience.
Our Solution
People360 deployed a comprehensive weekly hiring plan, aligning closely with client leadership and functional heads for strategic hiring priorities. An onsite integration team was placed to liaise with managers and interviewers, ensuring a seamless process from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding. We actively managed stakeholder relationships and worked with local partners to identify and rebadge top industry talent fast.
Our India HR operations team maintained proactive engagement with candidates, monitoring offer acceptance and ensuring smooth transitions until joining. The planned hiring drive targeted key tech disciplines such as data engineering, Informatica, cloud, Java, middleware, SAP, QA/testing, and business analysis, as well as building out critical shared services functions in finance, procurement, and HR.
The Outcome
All teams were successfully onboarded within the agreed timelines and budget, delivering a fully operational GCC for the client’s ambitious growth goals.
