A top UK bank chose People360 to launch its greenfield Data & Analytics COE in India. The ambitious mandate: recruit 250 high-calibre data engineers, managers, and associates across multiple locations – all within just six months.

Our Solution

Collaborating directly with UK-based managers and LOB heads, People360 established an agile sourcing process tailored to fast-paced technical hiring. A COE Head for India was onboarded in just 30 days, providing essential leadership and project direction.

Strategic hiring accelerated, with team leads, project managers, and associates secured through a blend of weekday interviews and intensive weekend drives. To ensure technical rigor and unbiased selection, we partnered with third-party expert panels for candidate interviews during the initial three months, until the internal team was in place.

Throughout recruiting, we maintained strong candidate engagement and minimized drop-offs, with HR operations optimizing every step from selection to onboarding.

The Outcome

People360 not only met the target but exceeded expectations – successfully hiring 263 data engineers in five months, ahead of the six-month timeline. Drop-off rates were kept below 5%, ensuring exceptional efficiency and talent retention.
